Every effort is made to ensure your order is delivered safely, in good time and in perfect condition.  Should you be unsatisfied in any respect, please refer to our returns policy as below.

 

Refunds / Returns / Exchange

 

We appreciate from time to time that customers may not be entirely satisfied with their purchase and therefore wish to return the products. So if for any reason you are not completely happy with any items you have purchased from us, we will be happy to exchange or refund within 14 days.

Please understand that we cannot accept a return on an item which has been used or with damaged packaging or missing accessories. If we cannot accept your return, we will return the items back to yourself and a further delivery charge will be incurred.

 

Please inform us first by e-mail  (mister@natural.fsnet.co.uk) or phone/fax 02920 496813 before sending items back to us. We will then advise you on the best way for the items to be returned.  A refund will be made to the purchasers credit/debit card once the items are received by us.

 

Please note that it is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay carriage costs when items are returned for a refund or exchange.
